Jen Eaton works as a Project Officer in the ASPIRE Advantage team working mainly with students in Years 10-12, and has a particular interest in projects that use technology.

Jen started her career as a high school art teacher, with teaching experience in both UK and Australia. After teaching, she moved to UNSW's GERRIC (Gifted Education Research Resource and Information Centre) coordinating a range of programs for teachers, parents and students. Just prior to starting with ASPIRE and through UNSW's School of Education, Jen implemented and managed a range of professional learning courses for teachers maintaining their NESA (NSW Education Standards Authority) teaching accreditation.

Jen is currently a HDR candidate at ACU studying a Masters of Arts in Education, focusing on teacher perspectives of student aspirations.

When Jen isn’t occupied with work or study she is busy raising three children with her husband, often taking them all on journeys to experience different places all over the world.
