Susie joined ASPIRE in 2015. She loves working with high school students, having been a Visual Arts teacher in diverse communities across Australia, including in Katherine in the Northern Territory, and in Western Sydney. She is passionate in her belief that all students should have access to quality education and educational opportunities and likes to use her artistic background to help students think creatively about their future and explore the many exciting possibilities available to them. Susie is enjoying having the opportunity to work with the communities involved in ASPIRE, as well as working with the uni student ambassadors. Currently she is working on the ASPIRE Advantage program.

When not at work Susie loves hanging out with her little family, getting on her yoga mat, jumping in the ocean and getting creative. She appreciates how close the university is to Coogee Beach and can often be found unwinding there after work in summer. When at work Susie loves the tranquillity of the Morven Brown lawn.
