Bachelor of Arts – Sociology and Media


Prior to joining ASPIRE, Will worked extensively with children, youth and families in low socio-economic communities around NSW as a Youth Worker, Community Worker and Mentoring Facilitator. This last role was his main focus where he supported young people through one-on-one mentoring relationships with positive role-models in their local communities.


Will also has experience working in digital media literacy, early intervention, community development, restorative practice and family support.


In his role as an Outreach Project Officer, Will facilitates in-school workshops and activities, as well as on- campus visits that support the educational and employment aspirations of students from Years K-12. In addition to this, he also manages the recruitment, training and engagement of 150+ UNSW student volunteers who support the ASPIRE staff in delivering in-school workshops and on-campus events with ASPIRES partner schools throughout Sydney and regional NSW.


Will’s hobbies and interests include woodwork, recording and producing music and spending time with family and friends.
